The surveyor went to Cyprus to conduct a field surveyor of the broker MC according to the field surveyor shcedule.

Building Survey

According to the regulatory information, the company address of MC is 1, Iakovou Tombazi, VASHIOTIS BUSINESS CENTRE, 2nd Floor, CY-3107 Limassol. The investigation staff visited the place.

The staff went to Iakovou Tombazi Streeet and found VASHIOTIS BUSINESS CENTRE.VASHIOTIS BUSINESS CENTRE is a multistory building with ordinary decoration.

The staff turned to the opposite of the building and and were attracted by the huge words of “VASHIOTIS BUSINESS CENTRE” on the wall. Here is the office of MC, the company we were going to visit.

The staff saw MC’s logo on the signboard outside the office building. The office of MC is located at room 201 of the building. In order to verify the exact address of MC, our staff asked the worker in the building and were told that the office of MC has been moved away.

Conclusion

It was confirmed after the visit that MC's real address was not the same with its regulation address. The broker held a Tier AA license issued by CGSE, a full license issued by CySEC and a EEA license issued by FCA, Its since its certification provided by FSPY was cancelled.
