Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker Yam Chong Wing in Hong Kong, China as planned. According to public information, its office address is Room 1101, Shun On Commercial Building, 112 - 114 Des Voeux Road, Central, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, meticulously planned and traveled to Hong Kong, China, to conduct an on-site verification of the trader claiming to be located at Room 1101, Shun On Commercial Building, 112 - 114 Des Voeux Road, Central, Hong KongYam Chong Wing.

The inspector successfully arrived at Shun On Commercial Building, located at 112-114 Des Voeux Road Central in Central, surrounded by a strong commercial atmosphere, near Wan Chai. However, upon arrival, the main gate was found closed, and no signage or relevant information about the company was visible on the exterior of the building.

The inspector attempted to enter the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security guard. After knocking and inquiring, the guard informed them that the building was closed for the holiday today and stated they had never heard of the company. Despite communication efforts, permission to enter was not granted.

Due to the inability to enter the building, we could not reach the target floor (11th floor) and thus were unable to confirm whether the company's office area had clear signage or security measures. Additionally, since we could not access the interior, we were unable to photograph the reception desk or its logo, nor was it a shared office space.

Through the tightly closed doors, it is impossible to observe the internal environment of the company. Overall, the authenticity of this company is questionable.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer Yam Chong Wing does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The inspection team visited the forex broker Yam Chong Wing at its publicly displayed business address in Hong Kong, China as planned, but found no information such as the company name of the broker, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
