Inspection Reason

In recent, a few investors expressed their hope for the surveyor to expose more brokers with fake addresses. So the surveyor decided to conduct a field survey of the broker JTM Forex in London, UK. 

Regulation Information

License: Investment Advisory License from FCA.

Licensed Address: Coppergate House 16 Brune Street 

Inspection Process

The surveyor drove to the street indicated by the regulation information.

The surveyor found the building according to the regulation information.

The surveyor entered the building and found a front desk in the lobby on Level 1.

In order to confirm whether the broker had an office in the building or not, the surveyor consulted the receptionist and was informed JTM Forex had an office in the building but there was no one in the office.

Conclusion

As confirmed by the surveyor after the field survey,  the Australia licensed broker JTM Forex’s real address matched with its licensed address. Investor shall consider the above information and make choice.
