Reasons for Field Survey

Leveraging its strengths in tourism and international trade, Thailand's foreign exchange market has steadily grown, becoming a vital component of Southeast Asia's financial landscape and attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, a field research team conducted a field visit to Bangkok, Thailand.

Field Survey Process

This survey team visited VANEXFX as planned. Its publicly listed office address is 365/26 Pattanakarn Subdistrict, Suan Luang District, Bangkok, Thailand.

The survey team arrived at the aforementioned address and discovered that it is located in the Bangkok suburbs, surrounded by small, private bungalows. There are no office buildings, office buildings, or commercial space with office properties. Due to the lack of dedicated office buildings and supporting facilities, the “”company campus and street environment“” were recorded as “”non-existent“” based on the actual scene. Furthermore, due to the densely populated environment, it was impossible to capture a “”panoramic view of the building“” that would qualify as an “”office building.“”

The survey team conducted a comprehensive search of the surrounding area but found no house number clearly marked “”365/26,“” nor any signs or logos related to VANEXFX. As the area is entirely private, there is no “”building lobby“” accessible, and no specific office information, such as specific floor numbers or office locations, could be obtained.

Due to the lack of an office building, the inspection team was unable to enter the alleged “”company interior“” or photograph the “”front desk and logo.“” It was confirmed that there was no shared office space in the area. Information such as the “”internal office environment,“” “”number of rooms,“” and “”number of workstations“” could not be verified due to the lack of a corresponding office space. The “”No Entry“” notice actually indicated the absence of an office space.

Thus, the inspection confirmed that the broker VANEXFX does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the VANEXFX as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
