Field Survey Process

The on-site inspection team proceeded to Vietnam as planned to visit the forex broker Yescom Financial Limited. According to public information, their office address is 'L2 - 43.09 Vinhomes Apartment - 720A DIEN BIEN PHU street, 22 Ward, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam'.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly scrutinize for investors, meticulously planned and traveled to Vietnam. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site visit to the dealer Yescom Financial Limited.

The field investigator proceeded to the target area based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer Yescom Financial Limited claimed to be located at this address. Upon arrival at the destination, it was found that this is a super high-end apartment area in Vietnam, but there are only apartments here, no office buildings. Although the surrounding environment appears upscale, there is no commercial atmosphere related to the operation of a forex dealer. No company signage or relevant information was found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the lobby of the building and explained their purpose to the security guard or staff. After communication, they obtained permission to enter. However, there was no company signage inside the building.

Since there is actually no office building in this area, it is impossible to reach specific floors and confirm specific locations, and thus impossible to enter the company's interior. It is also not possible to photograph the reception desk and the logo at the reception desk, and this is not a shared office. Through the lobby, it is also impossible to observe the internal environment of the company, as there is simply no corresponding office area.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer Yescom Financial Limited does not exist at the aforementioned address.
