Based on publicly available information, they conducted a comprehensive on-site inspection of KIMURA SECURITIES, striving to fully establish the broker's true operations through detailed on-site observation and verification.

Based on the address information, the field research team traveled to the Ei-san area of Nagoya's Naka-ku district, a bustling commercial district in the heart of Nagoya. The area boasts a dense network of commercial facilities, frequent pedestrian traffic, a bustling street environment, and a vibrant business atmosphere. The surveyors successfully located the building at the address and immediately completed a panoramic photography of the building, clearly capturing the exterior and the bustling surroundings. They also noted the prominent KIMURA SECURITIES signage on the building's exterior, visible from the street, directly confirming the company's exclusive connection to the building.

On-site confirmation confirmed that the entire building was owned by KIMURA SECURITIES, with no shared office space. The first floor of the building served as the company's lobby. Although the surveyors attempted to enter the lobby, they were unable to due to restrictions. Following external observation, the building layout and signage helped them identify the route to their target floor, successfully reaching it and pinpointing the company's office location.

Although they were unable to enter the company, the surveyors were able to clearly see the company's reception desk from an external perspective and successfully captured a shot of the KIMURA SECURITIES logo. Combining the building's exterior signage, the building's unique character, and an examination of the surrounding environment and floor location, the surveyors concluded that the company's internal office environment met their bustling positioning. Furthermore, since we were unable to view the company sign inside the building due to a lack of access to the lobby, we were unable to verify the authenticity of the business location based on the exterior signage, floor confirmation, and photos of the front desk.

Combining the building's unique characteristics, the prominent exterior signage, confirmation of the specific floor, and photos of the front desk and logo, multiple pieces of evidence indicate that KIMURA SECURITIES has a legitimate business location at this address, and the address is consistent with the information on the inspection form.

Therefore, after the inspection, we confirmed that the dealer KIMURA SECURITIES exists at the aforementioned address.
