Reasons for Field Survey

Field Survey Process

This time, the inspection team traveled to Tokyo as planned to visit the brokerage firm DasH FX. Publicly available information indicates its office address is 8th Floor, Hikrik Kudan Building, 1-13-5, Kudan-kita, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.

Based on this address, the professional inspection team, committed to fulfilling their responsibility to investors, conducted an on-site inspection of DasH FX.

The inspection team traveled to the Kudan-kita area of Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, and arrived at Hikrik Kudan Building. The building's corporate campus and streetscape are bustling, with a strong commercial atmosphere, making it located in Tokyo's core business district. From the building's exterior, the inspection team was able to capture a clear panoramic view of the building.

The inspection team successfully entered the building's lobby, which was found to be a typical commercial office building. While the lobby sign indicated the relevant name, the inspection personnel, upon reaching Level 8, discovered that the actual company on that floor was named "Hush Dash," which did not correspond exactly to "DasH FX."

The inspection personnel successfully reached the specific floor and confirmed its location. They were also able to enter the area and photograph the reception desk from the outside, but no DasH FX logo was found. The company's signage was also unseen inside or outside the building. After confirming that the location was not a shared office, it was determined that DasH FX did not actually operate there.

Thus, the inspection confirmed that the brokerage firm, DasH FX, did not have a physical location.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Forex broker DasH FX as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
