The professional and experienced site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly screen for investors, traveled to the UAE according to a careful plan. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker EFX claimed to be located at OFFICE 805 METROPOLIS BURJ KHALIFA BOULEVARD DUBAI.

The inspectors arrived smoothly at the target building, which is an ultra-luxury office building located in the center of Dubai, situated in Dubai's commercial district, with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong business atmosphere. However, no company logo or related information was found outside the building.

The inspectors entered the building's lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, although they were allowed to enter the lobby, the security guard did not allow them to go upstairs.

Because they were unable to reach the target floor, the inspectors could not confirm whether EFX's office area had obvious signage or security measures, nor could they enter the interior. At the same time, they were unable to photograph the front desk and its LOGO, and the office was not a shared office.

Through the lobby, the inspectors could not observe the company's internal environment, and overall it was impossible to confirm whether it matched its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the inspection, it was confirmed that the broker EFX does not exist at the above address.
