The surveyors then had unimpeded access to the company lobby (the first-floor banking hall area). The lobby was spacious and bright, with a decor that combined professional financial services with customer service. While there was no dedicated company signage, the Kiatnakin Phatra Securities brand logo was prominently visible on the building's exterior, directly confirming the company's exclusive ownership of the building.

The surveyors observed a bustling and orderly office environment, fully complying with the compliance standards of securities-related financial institutions. They also confirmed that the office space was exclusively for Kiatnakin Phatra Securities, not a shared office, further demonstrating the scale and standardization of its operations and solidifying the authenticity of the business location.

Therefore, after on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the dealer Kiatnakin Phatra Securities actually existed at the above address.
