Inspection Reason

Recently, many investors made telephone calls to the inspection team to complain they couldn’t access to EreTeOns’s official website and express their hope for the inspection team to visit the broker. In response to investors’ need, the surveyor decided to go to the Australia licensed broker’s office to know ahat happened.

Office Building

According to the regulation information, the Australia licensed broker EreTeOns  was located at The Chifley Tower' Suite 28 Level 28, 2 Chifley Square Sydney NSW 2000. The surveyor decided to visit the broker.

The surveyor found the quite modern office building indicated by the regulation information without much trouble.

The surveyor then entered the office building and knew from the floor guide in the lobby on the first floor that it was not EreTeOns’s office but ETO Group’s office that was located on the 28th floor.

Then the surveyor took the elevator to the 28th floor, read the company directory in the aisle and found not EreTeOns’s name but ETO Group’s name.

In order to ensure inspection quality, the surveyor walked around the floor and found not EreTeOns’s office but ETO Group’s office.

Conclusion

It was confirmed after the surveyor’s inspection that the real address of EreTeOns’s office in Australia was different from its regulation address. The broker’s full license (RN: 420224) issued by ASIC was suspected to be a cloned license.
