Inspection Reason

This time the inspectors went on a field trip to FONDEX’s office in Cyprus, which is located in the far south of the Mediterranean.

Company Building

The address of FONDEX, according to regulatory information, is 19 Stratigou Timagia, 3rd Floor, 3107 Limassol. The inspectors set out for the premises.

The survey staff found the office building in Limassol according to regulatory information. They entered the building and the floor guide in the lobby showed that FONDEX’s office is on the third floor with a large supermarket downstairs.

They took the elevator to the third floor. As soon as they came out of the elevator, they saw two mailboxes without any company name or logo on them.

The surveyors easily found Fondex's office. Strangely, there is no company logo in it. So they asked the staff of Fondex and learned that the company is a part of TopFX, which had just moved there and hadn’t had time to hang the logo.

After completing the survey, the surveyors saw two fire doors on their way downstairs. They noticed a video security protection device installed on the doors, which shows the high level of safety in the building.

Inspection Conclusion

The field survey has proved that Fondex’s actual address is consistent with that from regulatory information. The broker holds an MM license issued by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (license No.: 138/11) with no evidence of illegal operation. Investors shall consider the above information and then make choice.
