The field investigator proceeded to the target area based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer ALB Yatırım claimed to be located at Torun Center Yatay, Fulya, Büyükdere Cd. A Blok, 74A/53, 34394 Şişli/İstanbul.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the target building, which is located in the Şişli district of Istanbul, Turkey. The exterior of the building is relatively neat. The surrounding environment is generally prosperous with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signs or relevant information of the company were found on the exterior of the building.

The inspection personnel entered the building lobby and, after explaining their purpose to the security guard, successfully obtained permission to enter. However, they did not find the company's nameplate inside the building.

Upon arrival, the field investigator confirmed the address and inquired at the front desk. The staff informed them that there was no such company. Through the lobby area, as they were unable to enter the company premises, they could not observe the internal office environment and other related conditions.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the dealer ALB Yatırım does not exist at the aforementioned address.
