This time, the team visited the forex dealer Tickmill on site in the UAE as planned. According to public information, its office address is Unit S704 - A, Level 7, Emirates Financial Towers, DIFC, PO Box 506946, Dubai, UAE.

A professional and experienced team, with a sense of mission to strictly check for investors, carried out a carefully planned visit to the United Arab Emirates. They conducted an on-site inspection of the broker Tickmill, which claims to be located at Unit S704 - A, Level 7, Emirates Financial Towers, DIFC, PO Box 506946, Dubai, UAE.

The team successfully arrived at Emirates Financial Towers, located in the heart of Dubai. It is a luxurious office building surrounded by a bustling environment and strong commercial atmosphere. No company signage was found on the exterior of the building, but upon entering the lobby, a company directory was visible inside, and the company's LOGO was clearly identifiable along with its name.

After explaining their purpose to the security guard, the team was granted access to the lobby. However, due to lack of an appointment, the team was unable to reach the target floor 7 to confirm the exact location, nor were they able to enter the company's premises. This office is not a shared office, and the team was unable to take photos of the reception area and its LOGO.

From the lobby, it was not possible to observe the internal office environment, as entry was not permitted. Overall, although the team could not enter the company, relevant company information could be seen in the building's lobby, which is consistent with its claimed business presence at that address.

Therefore, after the site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Tickmill exists at the above address.
