The on-site inspection team of this issue went to Turkey as planned to visit the forex broker Kapalıçarşı. According to public information, their office address is Nuripaşa Mah. 58. Bulvar Caddesi Nu:118/E Zeytinburnu / İSTANBUL.

The field investigator proceeded to the target area based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer Kapalıçarşı claimed to be located at Nuripaşa Mah. 58. Bulvar Caddesi Nu:118/E Zeytinburnu / İSTANBUL.

The field investigator successfully arrived at the target location, only to find that it was actually a shopping mall. The mall is located in a relatively bustling area locally, but no information about the trader Kapalıçarşı was seen here, which is inconsistent with the publicly available information, leading to the feeling that this is a false address. Although there is a certain commercial atmosphere in the surrounding environment, there are no signs related to the trader. No signage or relevant information about the company was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspection personnel entered the building lobby and, after stating their purpose to the security guard, obtained permission to enter. Inside the building, company nameplates can be seen, but the information of Kapalıçarşı is not listed on them.

Since the specific floor and location cannot be determined, the on-site inspector cannot reach the specific floor to confirm the exact location of the dealer. They also cannot enter the company's premises, and thus cannot take photos of the reception area or the logo at the reception. Additionally, this office is not a shared office. Because entry is not permitted, it is impossible to understand the internal office environment of the company.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the dealer Kapalıçarşı does not exist at the aforementioned address.
