In this issue, the on-site inspection team visited the forex broker ELAN Securities Ltd in Thailand as planned. According to public information, its office address is "283/39 soi thonglor, 41 sukhumvit 55 road, khongton nua, wattana, bangkok 10110, thailand".

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, proceeded according to a meticulous plan to the target area in Thailand to conduct a physical verification of the broker ELAN Securities Ltd that claims to be located at the aforementioned address.

The inspectors successfully arrived at the target building, which is located in a luxurious area of Bangkok and is a relatively old office building. The surrounding environment is quite bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signage or relevant information for the company was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the first floor of the building and, after stating their purpose to the security guard, were granted permission to enter.

Upon reaching the target floor, the inspectors discovered that the address corresponded to a factory office. No information for ELAN Securities Ltd was found on the factory office's directory either. As it was not the company's office area, the inspectors could not enter the interior and were unable to photograph ELAN Securities Ltd's reception area or logo. Furthermore, this office was not a shared office space.

From the public area, the inspectors could not observe the company's internal environment. The overall situation did not match its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker ELAN Securities Ltd does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

At its publicly displayed business address, the team was unable to see information such as the broker's company name, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises.
