Survey Reason

The inspection team received many investors’ phone calls with the hope of more New Zealand licensed brokers whose real addresses were not consistent with those declared by the supervision agency exposed. Upon their request, the investigation staff will visit ABS for the details.

Company Building

According to the regulatory information, the address of the New Zealand licensed company AABS was: Level 8 92 Albert Street Auckland.The investigation staff visited the spot.

Guided by the google navigation, the staff found the highly modernized building as the regulatory information showed.

Exclusive

After entered the building, they learned from the guidance information on the pillar of the ground floor that the New Zealand licensed broker AALG GLOBAL set its office on the 8th floor.

They arrived at the 8th floor by elevator, but only to find that all offices of the floor were empty.

Summary

It has been proved by the on-the-site investigation of the staff that the actual address of the New Zealand licensed broker ABS is not consistent with that declared by the supervision agency. Although the broker is a licenses holder, its STP license (No. 595450) issued by FCA is attested to be cloned and its FSP license issued by FSPR is suspicious of cloning.
