A Visit to Fxtrade in Thailand – No Office Found

Reasons for Field Survey
Leveraging its strengths in tourism and international trade, Thailand's foreign exchange market has steadily grown, becoming a vital component of Southeast Asia's financial landscape and attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, a field research team conducted a field visit to Bangkok, Thailand.
Field Survey Process
This time, the inspection team traveled to Bangkok as planned to verify the forex broker Fxtrade's publicly listed office address: Business Centre Pathum Wan, Bangkok, Thailand, Pin Code 10330.
Upholding a sense of responsibility to verify the authenticity of the information for investors, the professional inspection team, after preliminary route planning, headed to the Pathum Wan area of Bangkok and conducted field work based on the publicly listed address.
The inspection team successfully arrived in Pathum Wan. The company campus and streetscape in the area were generally ordinary, with a relatively scattered distribution of commercial and office facilities. However, during the subsequent inspection, a core issue gradually emerged: the publicly listed address simply stated "Business Centre," but did not specify the specific business center. The address information was vague, and the inspection team, after searching local maps and inquiring with nearby residents and businesses, was unable to locate the specific building.
Unable to locate the specific building, the inspection team was unable to capture panoramic photos of the buildings or enter the lobbies of any business centers. Consequently, they were unable to verify the presence of Fxtrade signs within the buildings, let alone the presence of the logo inside or outside the buildings. Furthermore, because the target building was not found, the surveyors were unable to reach the specific floor, confirm the office location, or enter the company. They were unable to photograph the reception desk or logo, and were unable to observe the internal office environment. An inspection of existing commercial centers in the area confirmed no trace of Fxtrade, and ruled out the possibility that it was a shared office.
Therefore, the survey confirmed that the brokerage Fxtrade does not exist at the aforementioned public address.
Field Survey Summary
The surveyors visited the Fxtrade as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
