The seasoned and professional inspection team, committed to safeguarding investor interests, conducted a meticulously planned on-site verification of the broker CWSI in China Taiping Tower 2 at 8 Sunning Road, Causeway Bay.
The investigators successfully arrived at Sunning Road in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong‘s bustling commercial district, based on the provided information. The target building—China Taiping Tower—is a modern commercial property situated in a well-established business area. The surrounding environment is tidy and well-organized, with convenient transportation and a strong commercial atmosphere. The building’s exterior is well-maintained, meeting the standards of a premium office space.
The team first conducted an overall external inspection. Although the building is divided into Phase 1 and Phase 2 in name, the two sections are physically interconnected, forming a single structure. This facilitated subsequent access and navigation. The buildings exterior is grand and eye-catching, but no visible signage pertaining to CWSI was found outside.
Upon entering the building, the survey team noted a spacious and well-managed lobby. The primary task was to verify the presence of CWSI within the premises. A thorough check of the lobby directory revealed clear and accurate labeling of “CWSI” along with its location—Phase 2, 5th Floor. This finding provided preliminary confirmation of the companys registered address.
Following the directory‘s guidance, the inspection team took the elevator directly to the 5th floor. The elevator operated smoothly, and upon arrival, they immediately noticed prominent signage displaying CWSI’s name and logo in the common area. The signage was well-crafted, properly maintained, and clearly visible, indicating that the company occupied the entire floor.
The team confirmed the exact location of CWSIs office within the 5th-floor common areas. The office occupied the entire level. Although access to the interior was not granted, detailed observations were made from the hallway and other public spaces. A reception desk or company branding wall near the entrance displayed the company logo clearly. The investigators successfully photographed the logo from outside. While standing near the office, they could hear ongoing employee conversations and typical office activity, serving as strong evidence of active business operations.
Based on the buildings records and on-site observations, it was confirmed that the space was exclusively used by CWSI and not a shared workspace. Through limited visibility from doors and windows, the interior appeared to follow a standard commercial office layout. However, without entry, the exact number of private rooms or workstations could not be determined.
Through the on-site investigation, it is confirmed that the broker maintains a physical presence at the above address.
