Some investors made phone calls to the inspection team for more information of Australia licensed brokers whose real address were not the same with its regulation address. In response to investors’ strong need, the inspect personal went to Tickmill in Australia to know more about it.

According to the regulation information, the Australia licensed broker Tickmill is located at Macquarie' Hse L 13, 167 Macquarie STreeT, SYDNEY NSW 2000. The inspect personal then visited this place.

The inspect personnel found this new building indicated by the regulatory information easily.

The inspect personnel entered the building and carefully checked the floor guide, only found that the 13th floor does not belong to Tickmill, but REGUS’s share office. In order to ensure the quality of the inspect, our survey personnel took the elevator to the 13th floor and found no company.

Conclusion

The visit by the inspect personnel confirmed that the broker Tickmill’s real address was inconsistent with its regulatory address. The MM license issued by ASIC (reference number 422661) this broker claimed is suspected to be a clone. What’s more, the Seychelles FSA retail forex license (reference number SD008) it claimed is a clone.
