The team has successfully arrived at the target building, which is located in a less bustling area with an ordinary surrounding environment and average commercial atmosphere. However, this office building is not particularly luxurious.

The team entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After a brief registration, they obtained entry permission. On the directory board inside the building, the company's information could be seen.

Upon arriving at the target floor (04th floor), the team noticed clear signage for XferCapital's office area. Due to the lack of prior appointment, the team was unable to enter the premises. However, they managed to photograph the reception desk and its logo, revealing that the office was a shared workspace. The logo at the reception displayed the name of another company, leading to speculation that it might be their parent company.

Through the glass door, the team observed that the company's interior decoration was decent, with an overall ordinary environment. There were approximately fifty to sixty workstations in the office, with the actual number being 50. The general environment largely aligned with its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer XferCapital exists at the above address.
