Process

This month, the team is scheduled to visit a forex broker in Malaysia for an on-site inspectionTradematics. Public records indicate its office address is Office Suite 1666, Level 16 (A), Main Office Tower, Financial Park Complex Labuan, Jalan Merdeka, 87000 Labuan F.T, Malaysia.

A professional and experienced team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, traveled to Malaysia according to a well-planned schedule to conduct an on-site verification of the trader Tradematics claimed to be located at the aforementioned address.

The team has successfully arrived at the Financial Park Complex, located in the heart of Labuan Island's financial center, surrounded by a bustling environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signage or relevant information about the company was found on the exterior of the building.

The team entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

Upon entering the building, it was found that the directory machine in the hallway displayed only a few lines at a time and changed very slowly, making it impossible to take photos or linger for long. There were four or five security personnel at the front desk on the first floor, who also prohibited taking photos inside the building. Due to these restrictions, the team was unable to reach the target floor, the 16th floor, to confirm the specific location of Tradematics, nor did they find any obvious signage or security measures for the company's office area. Since they couldn't access the specific floor, they were unable to enter the company's premises, photograph the front desk or its logo. The office was not a shared workspace.

Through the lobby area, as it was not possible to go further in, the internal environment of the company and other conditions could not be observed.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer Tradematics does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The team visited the foreign exchange broker Tradematics in Malaysia as planned, but found no information such as the company name displayed at the publicly shown business address, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
