Office

According to the regulatory information, the Malaysia licensed broker MUFG was located at level 12 (A&F) main office tower ,financial park complex ,jalan merdeka,87000 labuan F.T. The surveyors visited the broker.

According to the regulatory information and GPS, the surveyor walked along Jjalan Merdeka and saw a white architecture. This was Financial Park Complex, the surveyor’s destination. The surveyor noticed there hanged lots of national flags outside the office building.

The surveyors entered the building and arrived at 12F，and saw a logo of the Labuan branch of the Group and a luxuriant green plant.

The surveyor found that there were no people at the reception desk. The surveyor noticed that there were access control beside the door and as was seen the broker was under comparably strict access control. The surveyor looked around the office through the glass door and found several Malaysians talking with each other in the bright, clean and spacious office. The surveyor didn’t find Asian employees in the office. As was estimated after looking around the entire office, there were about 10 cubicles.

Conclusion

The visit by the surveyor confirmed the authenticity of the broker’s regulatory address which had not been publicly announced yet .Discretion is advised with regard to investment.
