Reasons for Field Survey

Turkey's foreign exchange market is highly active, with no foreign exchange controls. Residents can freely hold foreign currency and remit funds in and out without restrictions. In recent years, investor interest in Turkish forex trading has grown, attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, the field research team conducted a field visit to Turkey.

Field Survey Process

This survey team visited HCH as planned. Its public office address is Maslak Mahallesi, Maslak 1453 Sitesi, Sarıyer, İstanbul, Turkey.

The surveyors traveled to Istanbul's Maslak Business District (the city's core business district) and, after verifying the address, successfully reached their target area and photographed a panoramic view of the relevant building. However, a thorough on-site inspection revealed no signage related to the HCH corporate campus. The “”Company Campus, Street Environment“” section was deemed “”non-existent“” due to the lack of a corresponding office space.

The surveyors were granted access to the building lobby and examined every sign (including electronic and physical) but could not find the HCH company name anywhere. When attempting to locate the specific office floor and location, they were unable to reach their target floor or confirm the office location due to the lack of any guidance and staff assistance.

Upon verification, the address was not a shared office. However, no trace of HCH was found, and no photo of the reception desk with its logo could be taken. The “”No Entry“” sign for the so-called “”internal company office environment“” was actually due to the lack of actual office space. Furthermore, information such as the number of rooms and workstations could not be verified.

Therefore, the on-site inspection confirmed that the dealer HCH did not exist at the aforementioned address, and the address information was inconsistent with the on-site inspection form.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the HCH as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
