Field Survey Process

The field survey team, as per schedule, made an on-site visit to the broker Stockwell in Hong Kong. Public information indicates that its office address is Rooms 406 to 410, 4th Floor, Tower 2, Ocean Centre, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

With an attitude of responsibility for investors, the professional field survey team audited Stockwell on-site based on the aforementioned address details.

Surveyors went to the Tsim Sha Tsui area in Hong Kong and arrived at Tower 2, Ocean Centre - the location of the provided address. The company park and street environment of the centre are good, with a strong business atmosphere and convenient transportation. Outside the building, the surveyors were able to capture a clear panoramic view.

Surveyors smoothly entered the building's lobby. The lobby environment was neat and orderly, consistent with the characteristics of a high-end commercial building. However, when checking the lobby sign, the company name of Stockwell was not found.

Surveyors then headed to the 4th floor and accurately confirmed the specific location of Rooms 406 to 410. Upon arriving, they found that other companies' signs were first seen when going up from the first floor of the Ocean Centre. Walking further into the building, the logo of Stockwell could be seen; the building interior had the company's signage, and photos of the reception and its LOGO could be taken from outside. While surveyors were unable to enter the company, they could observe a regular office environment within. It was confirmed that the location is not a shared office and, combined with the field survey findings, it fully substantiates the company's actual existence in that place.

Therefore, after the field survey, it was confirmed that Stockwell, the broker, genuinely exists at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited Stockwell accordingly as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
