The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the target building, which is located in a bustling area of Athens, Greece, with a vibrant surrounding environment and strong commercial atmosphere. The building has an impressive exterior, surrounded by numerous shops and bustling traffic, showcasing the commercial vitality of the area. The company logo of TFIfx was clearly visible from the outside of the building.

Upon entering the building, the investigator observed that the interior was exquisitely decorated and fully equipped. After communicating with the building's security personnel, permission was obtained to access the lobby. The lobby was spacious and bright, with staff members on duty at the reception desk.

However, due to reasons such as lack of appointment, the inspector was unable to reach the specific floor and confirm the exact location, nor could they enter the company premises. In the lobby, they failed to capture photos of the reception desk and its logo. This office is not a shared workspace.

The general areas inside the company can be seen through public spaces, but due to the distance and certain obstructions, the internal environment cannot be clearly observed. However, judging by the overall grade of the building and the surrounding commercial atmosphere, the general environment largely aligns with its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that broker TFIfx exists at the above address.

Conclusion
