The field investigator proceeded to the target area based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer claiming to be located at Maslak Mahallesi, Sümer Sokak, Ayazaga Ticaret Merkezi, No:3/14, Sisli, Sarıyer, İstanbul LonMarkets.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the target building, which is located in the relevant area. The surrounding environment is difficult to describe due to the absence of the corresponding venue at this address, and the commercial atmosphere cannot be clearly perceived. No signs or related information of the dealer LonMarkets were found on the exterior of the building.

The on-site inspector entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard or staff. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

However, upon arriving at the target floor, due to the inability to reach the specific floor and confirm the exact location, no obvious signage or security measures were found for the office area of LonMarkets. The on-site inspectors were unable to enter the interior, nor could they photograph the reception desk and its logo. Additionally, this office space is not a shared office.

The surveyor compared the address with Google Maps and confirmed it was the correct location. Upon entering the lobby, the information of the company LonMarkets was not found on the directory. When inquiring with the front desk staff, they were informed that there was no such company. The internal environment of the company could not be observed through the glass door, as entry was not permitted. The overall situation did not match the claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the dealer LonMarkets does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

At the publicly displayed business address, the company name and other information of the broker could not be seen, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
