The inspection team continued its survey campaign to inspect the authenticity of forex sector. For this session, it sent its team to Australia to visit SUNFLOWER. 

Office

According to the company’s claimed licensing details, SUNFLOWER had its head office at Tower One, International Towers, Level 35, 100 Barangaroo Avenue, Barangaroo, NSW 2000.The inspection team went there for a field investigation. 

The surveyors found this landmark office building adjacent to Darling Harbour. The building is home to many world-famous financial institutions.

The surveyors entered the building, and learned from a directory sign that the floor indicated by the company’s claimed address belongs to Servcorp shared office. To double-check, the surveyors took an elevator to Level 35 and asked the receptionists there if SUNFLOWER had an office in their property, but were given a negative answer. 

Conclusion

A field survey based the company’s claimed address did not find SUNFLOWER’s physical presence. The company claims to hold an investment advisory license (224485) from the Australia ASIC, but a check with the regulator suggests that the claim may be untrue.
