Process

This month, the team went to Malaysia as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex brokerAL-HIDAYAH. According to public information, its office address is Level 14(B) & 14(C), Main Office Tower, Financial Park Complex, Jalan Merdeka, 87000 Labuan F.T..

A professional and experienced team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, meticulously planned and traveled to Malaysia to conduct an on-site verification of the trader AL-HIDAYAH purportedly located at Level 14(B) & 14(C), Main Office Tower, Financial Park Complex, Jalan Merdeka, 87000 Labuan F.T.

The team successfully arrived at the Financial Center building, located in the most central area of Labuan Island, surrounded by a bustling environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company logos or related information were found on the exterior of the building.

The team entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

Upon arrival at the building, it was found that the structure was considered quite luxurious by local standards. However, the directory display in the hallway could only show a few lines at a time and became extremely slow, making it impossible to take photos or linger for long. The first-floor reception area had four or five security personnel who also prohibited photography inside the building. Unable to confirm the exact floor location due to strict security measures, the team failed to reach the target floor. Consequently, they could not verify whether AL-HIDAYAH's office area had any noticeable signage or security measures, let alone gain access to the interior.

At the same time, the front desk and its logo must not be captured in the shot, and this office is not a shared workspace.

Since access to the interior is not possible, it is not feasible to observe the company's internal environment, decoration style, employee activities, and other related aspects.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it was confirmed that the dealer AL-HIDAYAH does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The team visited the foreign exchange broker in Malaysia as planned, AL-HIDAYAH, but could not find any information such as the company name of the broker at its publicly displayed business address, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business location. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
