The on-site inspection team for this issue went to Turkey as planned to visit the forex broker Neta Menkul. According to public information, its office address is Sütlüce Mh. İmrahor Cd. No: 36/5 Beyoğlu/İstanbul.

The field investigator proceeded to the target area based on the address information and conducted an on-site verification of the dealer claimed to be located at Sütlüce Mh. İmrahor Cd. No: 36/5 Beyoğlu/İstanbul Neta Menkul.

The field survey personnel successfully arrived at the target building, which is located in the Beyoğlu district of Istanbul, Turkey. Due to the absence of the company, it is difficult to accurately describe the commercial atmosphere of the surrounding environment. No company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspection personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security or staff. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

Although it is possible to enter the company's lobby, since it is not possible to reach the specific floor, it is also impossible to confirm whether there are obvious signs or security measures in the office area of Neta Menkul. Due to the inability to reach the corresponding floor, the on-site investigator cannot enter the interior, nor can they take photos of the reception desk and its logo. Moreover, this office is not a shared workspace.

Upon arrival, the field investigator confirmed it was the correct address. However, the receptionist informed that there was no company named Neta Menkul, thus making it impossible to observe the internal environment, decoration style, and employee activities. Overall, the actual situation does not match its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the dealer Neta Menkul does not exist at the aforementioned address.
