The surveyors successfully entered the lobby of the building, which fits the characteristics of a commercial building. Upon checking the lobby directory, they clearly found the Sharp Point System company name and confirmed its location at Units A-C on the 20th floor.

The surveyors went to the 20th floor and accurately confirmed the precise location of the company. The company's logo was present inside the building, and they were able to take exterior photos of the reception and its logo. Although the surveyors were unable to enter the company, they encountered staff on the premises who stated that the company mainly engages in financial system business and does not provide account opening services. It was confirmed that this is not a co-working space, and considering their findings, it was abundantly clear that the company genuinely exists at this location.

Therefore, it was confirmed after field investigation that the broker, Sharp Point System, genuinely exists at the given address.
