Reasons for Field Survey

To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, the field research team conducted a field visit to Turkey.

Field Survey Process

This inspection targeted the brokerage firm TSKB, whose publicly registered office address is Meclisi Mebusan Cad. 81, Fındıklı 34427 İstanbul (National Assembly Avenue 81, Fındıklı, Istanbul, Turkey, zip code 34427). The inspection team rigorously located and verified the address.

Upon arrival, the inspection team first confirmed that the address information was accurate. The area boasts a bustling streetscape, reflecting the mature atmosphere of a central city location. TSKB's independent building, observed on-site, boasts a stately exterior design that blends historical charm with a modern, business-like aesthetic. The inspection team successfully captured panoramic views of the building, confirming its overall appearance is consistent with the office space of a financial institution.

Although building security regulations restricted access to the company's lobby, specific office floors, or internal offices, the surveyors were unable to gain access. However, through external observation and on-site verification, they were able to obtain key supporting evidence: the prominent TSKB brand logo was clearly visible on the building's exterior, directly confirming the company's exclusive ownership of the building and eliminating the possibility of address fraud or misrepresentation. Furthermore, the surveyors captured photos of the company's reception desk and the TSKB logo at the entrance. The layout of the reception desk was standardized, and the signage was identical to the company name, further confirming the authenticity of the office space. Considering the independent building's status, it can be inferred that the office space is exclusively used by TSKB and not a shared office.

Thus, the survey confirmed the existence of the trading company TSKB at the aforementioned address.
