Inspection Reason

It is expected by many investors to expose those brokers whose practical address is not consistent with regulatory address.In response to the strong demand of investors, the investigation team decided to go to this Malaysia licensed broker Albus Capital to know the situation.

Company Building

According to the regulatory information,Malaysia licensed company Albus Capital is located atu3515 ,jalan okk awing besar, chung kong builling,87008 labuan ft，which was surveyed by the investigation staff. 

According to the regulatory information and GPS, the investigators walked alone the jalan okk awing besar street,finding a building logo colored by red and yellow, and came to their destination eventually.

The investigators entered the building,after reading the guiding board, and knew that the office of wong chik lim is on the 2nd floor.It’s said that this building is owned by the celebrities,which boasts a high reputation.

The investigators took the elevator to the 2nd floor and found a decent reception desk and a  floor tour.Many companies in this building belong to wong chik lim. Even checking carefully, they didn’t find the name of Albus Capital.

To make sure the result correct,the investigators walked around the 2nd floor and still found nothing but the name and logo of the conglomerate.

Conclusion

After being regulated by the investigation team ,the practice address of Albus Capital isn’t consistent with the regulatory address.The investigators are informed that although it owns the pass-through licence issued by LFSA,the licence regulated by Malaysia LFSA(Regulation NO.MB/14/0004) is suspected to be a clone licence.Investors should be prudent with regard to investment.
