Reasons for Field Survey

Field Survey Process

The on-site inspection team of this issue went to Turkey as planned to visit the forex broker Trust Markets. According to public information, its office address is Maslak Mahallesi, Sümer Sokak, Ayazağa Ticaret Merkezi, No:3/14, Şişli, Sarıyer, İstanbul.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, traveled to Turkey according to a well-planned schedule. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site visit to the dealer Trust Markets.

The field investigator proceeded to the target area based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer Trust Markets claimed to be located at Maslak Mahallesi, Sümer Sokak, Ayazağa Ticaret Merkezi, No:3/14, Şişli, Sarıyer, İstanbul.

The field investigator successfully arrived at Ayazağa Ticaret Merkezi, which is located in the Sarıyer district of Istanbul, Turkey. The surrounding environment is difficult to accurately describe due to the absence of the company's office location. No company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspection personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard or staff. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

However, the company's nameplate was not found inside the building. As the specific floor and location could not be confirmed, the inspectors were unable to reach the target floor. Naturally, they could not see whether there were any obvious signs or security measures in the office area of Trust Markets, could not enter the interior, and could not take photos of the reception desk and its logo. The office is not a shared office.

After the field investigator arrived and confirmed the address, they inquired at the front desk and were informed that there was no such company, leading to the conclusion that it was fake. It was impossible to gain insight into the company's internal environment, decoration style, and employee activities from the outside. Therefore, after the field investigation, it was confirmed that the broker Trust Markets does not exist at the aforementioned address.
