Introduction

In order to help investors have a better understanding of the regulated FX brokers in Cyprus, this time the inspection team went to Limassol, Cyprus to visit the broker HOCH CAPITAL as planned.

Regulatory Information

The broker HOCH CAPITAL had a STP license authorized by CySEC. As the license has been canceled, the broker currently is under no regulation. 

Inspection Process

The destination of this Field Survey is Griva DiGeni & Kolonakiou 125, Grosvenor Tower, Ground Floor, LinopeTra 3107 LiMassol.

The inspection team arrived at an office building at Griva DiGeni & Kolonakiou 125. The building, named Grosvenor Tower, is about 250 meters away from the famous Seaside Avenue, and features convenient transportation. It is one of the best office buildings on this street.

The inspection team didn’t find HOCH CAPITAL on the signboard next to the elevator. 

The team arrived at the 1st floor by elevator and found the door is closed.

Conclusion

The inspection team confirmed after the on-the-spot visit that there is no office of HOCH CAPITAL at the address mentioned in the regulatory information. In addition, as the broker’s license has been canceled, it is under no regulation at present. Please take all factors into consideration. This session of Field Survey is presented as above.
