The building is entirely owned by the company, and the company campus and surrounding streets are both very attractive and well-maintained. From the building's exterior, the field research team successfully captured a panoramic view of the building, and the Nittan Capital Group logo was spotted both inside and outside. The inspection team was unable to enter the building lobby, but they did find that the company name, Nittan Capital Group, was clearly displayed on a sign inside the building.

Because it was a non-business day and the company was closed, the inspection team was unable to reach the specific floor or confirm the company's location, and therefore could not enter the company. Furthermore, no photos of the reception desk with the Nittan Capital Group logo could be taken from the outside. Overall, the address did not appear to be a shared office, and the internal office environment was excellent.

Thus, the inspection confirmed that the brokerage firm, Nittan Capital Group, actually existed at the aforementioned address.
