Inspection Reason

Recently, many investors called the inspection team, expressing their hope for the inspection team exposing more Japanese brokers, whose real addresses are inconsistent with ones in their regulatory information. Given that, the investigators will go to FITS in this series for a closer look. 

Company Building

FITS’s office address in the regulatory information is 1-15-5, Nihombashi-kakigarachō, Chūō-ku, Tokyo. The investigators carried out a field trip to this licensed broker.

The investigators found on a post the office number in the regulatory information.

The investigators found the building read in the regulatory information, outside which exists no company or building logo. After searching around, the investigators merely discovered an obscure logo on a building post. For an accurate inspection,the investigators decided on a further inquiry by asking security guards in the building. But they were told the company didn’t exist here.  

Inspection Conclusion

The investigators, based on the result of the field trip, confirmed that FITS’s real address failing to match with the one in its regulatory information. Though its license was issued by FSA, it is still suspected to be a clone one. In case of money losses.
