Field Survey Process

The on-site inspection team of this issue went to Turkey as planned to visit the foreign exchange trader Ak Investment. According to public information, its office address is Sabancı Center 4.Levent, 34330 İstanbul.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly scrutinize for investors, traveled to Turkey according to a well-planned itinerary. They conducted an on-site verification of the dealer Ak Investment based on the aforementioned address information.

The inspection personnel arrived at the Sabancı Center in the 4.Levent area, which is located in the heart of Istanbul's Levent financial district. The surrounding environment is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere—as one of Istanbul's CBDs, the area is home to numerous international corporate headquarters and financial institution offices. The streets are clean and orderly, with dense traffic and pedestrian flow, showcasing the commercial vitality of an international metropolis. From the exterior of the building, the prominent signage and multi-layered glass curtain wall of the Sabancı Center are clearly visible, offering high commercial recognition.

The on-site inspector entered the lobby on the first floor of the Sabancı Center building and informed the security guard of the purpose of the visit to the dealer. After a brief communication, since the inspection time was during non-working hours, the security guard explicitly stated that visitors were prohibited from entering the office area and requested them to leave the vicinity of the main entrance and the lobby.

Therefore, the survey personnel were unable to enter the internal lobby of the building, nor could they access the specific office area of the company. It was confirmed that the office space is an independent office area, not a shared office, but the survey personnel were unable to photograph the reception desk and the reception desk logo.

Although unable to enter the interior, through external observation of the building and further communication with the park security, the on-site investigators learned that the security personnel clearly confirmed that Ak Investment indeed has an office at this address. However, as it was after working hours and internal employees had already started to leave, external personnel were restricted from entering.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the dealer Ak Investment exists at the aforementioned address.
