Introduction

Regulatory Information

BROOK is licensed by ASIC for investment consulting, with registered address at: Level 22, 135 King Street, SYDNEY NSW 2000. The inspection team set out for this place.

In addition, BROOK is also licensed by NFA for general financial services.

Inspection Process

The inspection team arrived at the office building located at 135 King Street. The building is quite new, and on the signboard in the lobby the name Brookfield is clearly shown.

The inspection team went to Level 22 to further confirm whether BROOK works there, and saw the broker’s nameplate and reception area where there were three employees. Half of the whole Level 22 is occupied by the broker. 

Conclusion

The inspection team’s site visit confirmed that at the address shown in the regulatory information there is the office place of the broker BROOK, which means the given address is true. The team found that the broker’s office area is quite large. This session of Field Survey is presented as above.
