This time, the inspection team traveled to Hong Kong, China, as planned, to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker NovachainPro. Publicly available information indicates its office address is Zhongyi Building in Wan Chai.

Based on the address information, the inspection team traveled to the Wan Chai area of Hong Kong and conducted an on-site verification of the broker NovachainPro claimed to be located in Zhongyi Building.

The inspection team successfully arrived at their target building, Zhongyi Building. Located on a commercial street in Wan Chai, the building is surrounded by numerous shops and has a high level of commercial activity. The overall environment is average. Due to the building's recognizable exterior, the inspection team successfully captured a panoramic view of the building.

The inspection team successfully entered the building lobby, which was clean and orderly. The inspection team carefully examined the signage and did not find any reference to NovachainPro's name or office information. Because the public information did not provide specific floor and room numbers, the on-site inspection team was unable to confirm the specific location. Subsequently, the on-site inspection team inquired about NovachainPro at the lobby reception desk, and the staff confirmed that such a company did not exist in the building.

Throughout the inspection, no NovachainPro logo or other related signs were found, either on the exterior or inside the building, and no photographs of the alleged reception desk or its logo were taken.

Thus, the on-site inspection confirmed that the brokerage firm, NovachainPro, did not exist at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location.
