Introduction

In order to help investors know more about the regulated traders in Cyprus, this time the inspection team went to Limassol, Cyprus to visit the trader GALACTUS as planned.

Regulatory Information

Type of License: CySEC authorized MM License, regulatory address: Agias Zonis & Tertaiou, 73 Denas House, 3rd floor, 3090, Limassol.

Inspection Process

The team followed the regulatory address and arrived at an office building in Limassol, Cyprus. The building is conveniently located and easy to be found.

The nameplate of this building, called Denas House, can be clearly seen from the outside, and it can be confirmed that this building is the destination of this survey.

The inspection team caught sight of the logo of GOMARKETS at the gate of the building, but didn’t see any logo of GALACTUS.

To further verify whether GALACTUS works in this building, the inspection team went to the 3rd floor, and found the nameplate of GOMARKETS there, but there wasn’t any information about GALACTUS.

Conclusion

The team’s site visit confirmed that there is no office place of GALACTUS at the regulatory address. It has been known the trader GALACTUS has been acquired by Gomarkets. This session of Field Survey is presented as above.
