Field Survey Process

This time, the inspection team traveled to Tokyo as planned to visit the brokerage firm Okachi. Publicly available information lists its office address as Kayabacho Tower, 12F, 1-21-2 Shinkawa, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 104-0033.

Based on the above address, the professional inspection team, committed to fulfilling their responsibility to investors, conducted an on-site inspection of Okachi.

The inspection team traveled to the Shinkawa area of Chuo-ku, Tokyo, and arrived at the Kayabacho Building. The building boasts a vibrant corporate campus and streetscape, a vibrant commercial atmosphere, and a comprehensive range of commercial facilities, showcasing the vibrant core business district. From the building's exterior, the inspection team was able to capture a clear panoramic view of the building.

The inspection team successfully entered the building's lobby, which was reminiscent of a commercial office building. The lobby sign clearly indicated Okachi's company name, confirming its location on the 12th floor.

Due to various reasons, the inspection team was unable to reach the 12th floor and confirm the specific location, nor was they able to enter the company interior. Therefore, they were unable to photograph the reception desk or its logo. However, it was confirmed that the location was not a shared office, and the signage fully confirmed the company's presence there.

Thus, the inspection confirmed that the dealer Okachi actually existed at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited Okachi accordingly as planned and observed the broker's company name displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
