Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker PhoenixCapital in Hong Kong, China as scheduled. According to public information, its office address is the entire 2nd floor of Lee Kum Kee Building, 54-58 Des Voeux Road Central, Central.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, meticulously planned and visited 54-58 Des Voeux Road Central, Central, Hong Kong, China, to conduct an on-site verification of the claimed location of the trading firm PhoenixCapital.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the Lee Kum Kee Building in Central. The location is situated in a bustling area of Central, surrounded by a vibrant environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signage or relevant information regarding the dealer PhoenixCapital was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspector entered the lobby of the building and explained their purpose to the security personnel. After a brief communication, they were granted permission to enter the premises. Inside the building, the directory on the wall indicated that the 2nd floor did not contain the information of the target company.

The field investigator attempted to go to the target floor (2nd floor), but was unable to enter the interior after inquiring at the front desk and learning that there was no such company. As a result, they could not observe whether there were clear signs of PhoenixCapital and security measures in the office area, nor could they take photos of the front desk or the front desk logo. Additionally, this floor is not a shared office space.

Since access to the company's interior was not possible, and observations through the public areas on the floor failed to reveal the internal environment of the company, it is judged to be false.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it was confirmed that the broker PhoenixCapital does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The inspection team visited the foreign exchange broker PhoenixCapital at its publicly displayed business address in Hong Kong, China as planned, but did not find any information such as the company name of the broker, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business location. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
