Process

In this issue, the on-site inspection team went as planned to Hong Kong, China, to conduct a field visit to the forex broker CHINA OCEANWIDE. According to publicly available information, its office address is Room 1901, 19th Floor, Emperor Group Centre, 288 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site verification team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, proceeded to Hong Kong, China according to a well-planned schedule to conduct a physical verification of the broker CHINA OCEANWIDE claiming to be located at Unit 1901, 19/F, Emperor Group Centre, 288 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The verification personnel successfully arrived at Emperor Group Centre, located on Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. The surrounding area is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or relevant information of the broker was found on the exterior of the building.

The verification personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After a simple registration, they obtained permission to enter.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 19th floor, the verification personnel found that the directory board listed information for other companies at this address. There were no clear signs of CHINA OCEANWIDE in the office area, nor were there any relevant security measures. As no information about the broker was found inside the building, the verification personnel were unable to enter the so-called internal office area, could not photograph the reception desk, and confirmed that the office location was not a shared office space.

Through the public areas on the floor, the verification personnel could not observe the internal environment of the company. Upon arrival, it was confirmed to be the correct address, but no information about the broker was found. Inquiry with the reception indicated there was no such company, leading to the judgment that it was false. Therefore, after the on-site verification, it was confirmed that broker CHINA OCEANWIDE does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker CHINA OCEANWIDE in Hong Kong, China as planned. At its publicly displayed business address, the team was unable to see any information such as the broker's company name, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
