Based on the address information, the field research team traveled to the relevant area in Moscow and conducted an on-site verification of Trustguaranteetrade, which claimed to be located at ulitsa Maryinskiy Park, 33 Moscow, 109559, Russia.

Upon arrival, the field research team discovered that the area indicated by the address was not a commercial office space, but rather a residential building. The surrounding environment was primarily residential, with no signs of commercial offices, indicating a lack of commercial atmosphere. The field research team successfully captured a panoramic view of the residential building.

Because the building is a residential building with strict management, the surveyors were unable to enter areas resembling a company lobby and could only observe from outside. No signage related to Trustguaranteetrade was found inside or around the building. Naturally, no signage displaying the company's information was found inside the building. The company's logo was not visible on either the exterior or interior.

Because the address is a residential building, not an office, the surveyors were unable to reach the specific floor and confirm the location, let alone enter the company. On-site observations clearly indicated that the building was not a shared office, nor was there a reception desk or logo available for photography, much less an internal office environment. Based on the on-site situation, the address did not match the one listed on the survey form, and no Trustguaranteetrade office existed.

Therefore, the survey confirmed that the broker Trustguaranteetrade did not exist at the aforementioned address.

They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location.
