The field investigator successfully arrived at the target building, which is located in a bustling area of Cyprus with a vibrant surrounding environment and strong commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

Upon arrival at the target floor, access was denied due to security restrictions. The surveyor attempted to enter via the back staircase but found it locked. After contacting the company, they were informed that an appointment was required, making it impossible to proceed upstairs. The surveyor could not reach the specific floor to confirm the exact location or enter the company premises, thus unable to photograph the reception area or its logo. This office is not a shared workspace.

Although the on-site inspector was unable to observe the internal office environment of the company, overall, it was confirmed that the address does indeed exist.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the broker VSTAR exists at the above address.
