From what I’ve checked, xDirect says it’s regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) with license number 14652. However, the status is listed as Unverified, which means I can’t confirm if the license is active or genuinely valid. Without a confirmed regulatory status, I’d be cautious because unverified regulation doesn’t provide the same level of investor protection as a fully verified license.
