No, 4XC is not regulated. While it holds an Exceeded license from the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) in the Cook Islands, it lacks proper regulatory oversight. As a trader, this makes me cautious about using the platform. When I consider 4xc trading, I prefer brokers that are fully regulated to ensure my funds are protected.
