While deposits are fast, sometimes cryptocurrency deposits can be a little frustrating. One time, my payment showed successful, but the platform didn't actually credit my account. After a lengthy search with customer service, I finally figured out a system integration issue, which took almost two hours to resolve. While my account eventually credited, the anxiety I felt during that time was incredibly frustrating. I'm sure the stability needs to be improved.
