Field Survey Process

This inspection targeted the brokerage firm innovestx, whose publicly registered office address is SCB Park Plaza Building, No. 18 Building 1, 2nd Floor, No. 19 Building 3, 2nd and 20th Floor, Ratchadapisek Road, Chatuchak Subdistrict, Chatuchak District, Bangkok 10900, Thailand. The inspection team rigorously located and verified the address.

Upon arrival, the inspection team first confirmed that the address information was accurate. The area boasts a bustling streetscape, dense commercial facilities, and proximity to the Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) building, creating a high concentration of financial institutions and a strong business atmosphere. The surveyors successfully captured panoramic views of the building. The building's exterior showcased a modern, business-style design, with comprehensive facilities, befitting the office environment of a financial investment company.

The surveyors subsequently had unimpeded access to the building's lobby. The space was neatly organized, with clear functional signage. While no company signage clearly labeled "Innovestx" was found, key information was obtained through communication with the lobby's front desk staff. The front desk staff confirmed that Innovestx was indeed a resident of the building and explained that, due to building regulations, unannounced visitors were temporarily prohibited from accessing designated floors. Therefore, the surveyors were unable to confirm the specific office location on that floor or enter the company.

Despite these restrictions, the surveyors continued to observe the lobby area and concluded that it was not a shared office and that the company possessed the necessary operational infrastructure for a legitimate business.

Thus, the survey confirmed that the broker, Innovestx, existed at the aforementioned address.
