Field Survey Process

This time, the on-site inspection team traveled to Moscow as planned to visit JFS Brokers. Publicly available information indicates its office address is: Federation Tower, Presnenskaya embankment 12, Moscow City, MIBC Federation Business Center, West Tower, 123100, Russian Federation - Moscow City.

Based on this address, the professional inspection team, committed to fulfilling their responsibility to investors, conducted a comprehensive on-site inspection of JFS Brokers.

The inspection team traveled to the Moscow International Business Center area and arrived at the Federation Tower, West Tower. While the building's exterior appears to be luxurious, typical of a top-tier business district, on-site observations of the company's campus and streetscape revealed a significant gap between the high-end atmosphere of the city's core district and the surroundings. From the building's exterior, the inspection team was able to capture a clear panoramic view and found no JFS Brokers-related signs, logos, or branding materials.

The surveyors successfully entered the building lobby. While the lobby decoration met the basic standards of a commercial building, a careful examination of the lobby sign revealed no trace of the JFS BROKERS company name. The company logo was also absent from the building's public areas and exterior walls.

Since the sign contained no relevant information, the surveyors were unable to determine the company's specific floor and office location. Naturally, they were unable to enter the alleged office, let alone photograph the reception desk or its logo. The survey confirmed that the location was not a shared office, ruling out the possibility that the business was operating as a shared workstation.

A comprehensive inspection of the building revealed no trace of any JFS BROKERS-related office, further confirming the fraudulent nature of the company's claimed address.

Thus, the survey confirmed that the brokerage firm, JFS BROKERS, did not have a physical business location.
